Ami Dolenz was an American producer, film and television actress born in California on January 8, 1969. Her grandparents were the film actors. She was born in a show business family. At the age of 15, she won a junior talent contest and then she decided to leave her further studies and continues her career in acting. Her first appearance was in the television movie “the children of time square”. She also appeared in a comedy role in 1987 “can’t buy me love”.
Ami continues to appear in films and television throughout 1990’s. Her films include: witchboard 2, she wrote, the college years, saved by the bells, pacify blue, teen angel, Pumpkinhead 2, the secret files of Spy dogs, blood wings, the devil’s doorway, infested, stepmonster, faith, Mr.Id, even if, new hope manor, room and board, shogun cop, life 101.
In 1988, she was nominated for best young actress in television drama series and 1989 for best young actress in a daytime drama series. Her drama series include: growing pains, Starman, general hospital, Webster, the children of time square, pacific blue, virtual seduction, murder, teen angel, and dark realms.
In 2007, she appeared in “Even if” where she also served herself as a producer. She married to Jerry Trimble in August 10, 2002. She managed to work with his husband in KidPix productions. Kid Pix production is to manage birthday parties, movie shoots for children. She also does theater and work with her mother in Bluebell Boutique and internet custom jewelry shop.
